The Newport Beach Police Department safely apprehended a suspect after a targeted traffic stop led to the recovery of a stolen U-Haul truck and illegal narcotics.
NBPD officers located the moving truck within the city limits shortly after receiving an automated alert regarding the stolen vehicle, which had been reported overdue since June.
