NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A man was detained in connection with a shooting Friday morning on Scott Street that injured another man, according to Norfolk Police.
Officers were called to a report of a gunshot victim in the 900 block of Scott Street at approximately 8:45 a.m.
10 On Your Side arrived on scene shortly after 9 a.m. and observed a large police presence with crime scene tape blocking off a portion of that area.
