Kimberly Williams-Paisley recently shared a heartfelt moment while preparing a tribute to her late “Father of the Bride” co-star, Diane Keaton. In an Instagram post, Williams-Paisley revealed that she had acquired two iconic items from Keaton’s personal collection at auction-a hat and a pair of gloves.

As she and friends carefully unpacked the pieces to photograph them, an unexpected visitor made a striking appearance: a magnificent bald eagle landed in a nearby tree, lingered briefly, and then took flight. Capturing the rare sight on video, Williams-Paisley reflected on the timing, feeling it was a meaningful sign.

“This is so rare!! It definitely felt like Diane’s energy was around us!” she wrote.

Williams-Paisley and Keaton shared the screen as mother and daughter in the beloved 1991 comedy “Father of the Bride” and its 1995 sequel. The actress also highlighted a message inscribed on the hat, which reads “NO MORE WAR” alongside a skull and crossbones-a statement she pledged to carry forward.

This tribute marks the first of two parts honoring Keaton, who passed away in October 2025 at the age of 79. Known for her distinctive style throughout her career, Keaton often embraced hats, gloves, and menswear-inspired fashion, making these keepsakes especially meaningful to her fans and friends alike.
