Officer grazed by bullet after crash response, officer and suspect at Grant Medical Center

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A man is now in custody after shooting at Columbus Police officers on the east side of Columbus after a traffic stop and stand-off with police.

CPD Sgt. Joe Albert said the suspect is 32-year-old Brandon Burtyk. He will be charged with at least one count of felony assault from tonight‘s incident.
