Two people have been arrested on an assortment of drug charges after sheriff’s deputies raided a pair of homes in the Burlington area.
Mozarrod al Shamir Shakur Lyons and Maaziah Ladawn Rogers were taken into custody last Tuesday based on the results of the searches of Apartment E at 760 Boone Station Drive in Burlington and 1216 Haw River Hopedale Road, which is situated just beyond Burlington’s municipal limits.
According to the office of Alamance County’s sheriff, these searches were executed as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation. In both cases, they yielded illegal drugs and other items of contraband that have resulted in charges against the two suspects…
