Neighbors to a massive Cumberland County data center project have revived their appeal of a 2025 zoning change they argue is changing their lives, and not for the better.
The case, alleging illegal spot zoning, was filed Friday in county court after the Middlesex Township zoning hearing board, in layman’s terms, punted.
That board, for reasons that have not been publicly explained, never held a hearing on the neighbors’ case, instead letting a 60-day deadline for action run out. Its inaction left the appeal “deemed denied.”…
