Who or what has had the most influence on your leadership style?
It is difficult to identify one person who has had the most influence on my leadership style. From the very beginning of my career, I have been lucky to work with attorneys and professionals who invested time, shared their experiences, and offered guidance as I learned and grew as a lawyer and a leader.
Each of those relationships has shaped the way I approach leadership today. I have learned the importance of listening, creating opportunities for others, and recognizing that the success of any organization depends on the people within it. I try to carry forward the lessons I have learned from those who have supported and challenged me, while continuing to learn from the talented people I have the privilege of working with every day…
