ST. LOUIS – A man was charged after stealing a TV from a double amputee in north St. Louis.
According to a probable cause statement from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the incident occurred Aug. 1 in the 800 block of Canaan Avenue in the city’s Baden neighborhood.
