TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police are investigating after they say a woman was stabbed in the hand by a 14-year-old family member on Friday afternoon in west Toledo.
Police say they responded to a report of a stabbing in the 3200 block of Bellevue Road around 4 p.m.
