CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Nearly six weeks after 34-year-old Darius Chappell was arrested in Clarksville, attacked by a police K-9 during the incident, and died five days later in jail, his family is demanding more transparency into what happened.
The family held a protest Saturday, calling for basic information from investigators and local authorities, amid the ongoing investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
