WASHINGTON (7News) — For some neighbors in Dupont Circle, it feels like just the beginning of major road work around the neighborhood.
It’s for a city project to build an above-ground plaza. Neighbors told 7News that with all the inconveniences it’s causing, they don’t want this to be another city project that hangs around for years.
