YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — Merrimac Trail in York County reopened after partially closing due to a crash Saturday morning, according to the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office.
In the morning of Aug. 8, Merrimac Trail northbound at James York Plaza was shut down due to the crash. At the time, the office advised the public to avoid the area and use another route as emergency crews worked at the scene.
