NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — The Newport News City Council meeting scheduled for Aug. 11 will be held at a different location, city officials announced.
The meeting will take place at the Freeman Center’s Gaines Theatre on the Christopher Newport University campus, located at 1 University Place in Newport News.
