Firefighters battled a train car fire overnight near a railroad crossing in Massachusetts.
The fire was reported around 1 a.m. near the crossing at Fremont Street in Taunton, where emergency crews responded to flames coming from what appeared to be a freight train car.
Boston 25 News was at the scene as firefighters used a ladder truck to spray water onto the burning rail car. The extent of the damage was not immediately clear…
