A large operator of a fast-casual Tex-Mex restaurant chain will close several locations after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Fast Company reported this week that Quality Fresca of Palm Beach, Florida is seeking to end the leases of at least 16 Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurants. Most locations are in Florida, but also one in Georgia and one in Virginia.
