High pressure in the upper levels of the atmosphere will gradually build across North Texas as we move through the week. That will allow temperatures to slowly climb.
There’s nothing on radar this morning, and we’re waking up to temperatures mainly in the mid to upper 70s, with some areas near 80 degrees.
Yesterday, we reached 100 degrees at DFW Airport. That broke our streak of six consecutive days at exactly 101 degrees. The highest heat index I saw over the weekend was 104 degrees…
