Four people have been arrested in connection with an alleged effort to bring drugs and other contraband into the Pulaski County Regional Detention Center.
According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, Robert Duncan Sr., Robert Duncan Jr., Randy Williams and Kelcey Williams were arrested as part of the investigation.
