A San Antonio doctor and real estate investor with local real estate holdings valued at more than $170 million has lost four commercial properties to foreclosure.
The properties owned by businesses connected to Dr. Sanjay Misra drew bids totaling $26 million at the Aug. 4 foreclosure auction, two months after they initially had been scheduled for sale.
The largest transaction involved two office buildings at 12672 and 12668 Silicon Drive that a fund affiliated with Dallas-area real estate firm Entrada Partners bought for nearly $11.6 million. The Northwest Side buildings, totaling about 122,000 square feet, had been owned by Techridge SATX LLC and are valued at a combined $14.3 million by the Bexar Central Appraisal District…
