Hopkinsville Police say one person was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash Sunday morning on U.S. 68 near Edgewood Baptist Church.
Police say at 7:28 a.m., vehicles driven by Shaquantiana Dillard of Hopkinsville and Duane Rhodes of Pembroke collided as they traveled in opposite directions. Dillard told police that Rhodes’ vehicle entered her lane before correcting, followed by an impact that shattered her window. Rhodes told police Dillard’s vehicle sideswiped the pontoon boat he was towing.
Dillard was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Health for possible neck and leg injuries. Rhodes’ passenger, Gloria Rhodes, complained of shoulder pain but was not taken to the hospital…
