Tim Thomas is on a mission to help people get healthier through food, especially in his neighborhood where good options aren’t always readily available.
Ten years ago, Thomas opened his restaurant, Nutritious Alternatives, at 1795 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., the same location where his mother, Gloria Thomas, owned and operated Hallelu-Yah Restaurant for many years.
