Teen stabbed multiple times while riding scooter on NYC sidewalk: NYPD

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) — A 14-year-old boy was stabbed multiple times while riding his scooter on a Queens sidewalk Monday night, police said.

The teen was injured in an unprovoked attack near 41st Avenue and 99th Street in Corona at around 8:40 p.m., according to the NYPD.

Police said the boy was riding his scooter on the sidewalk when the suspect came up from behind and stabbed him in the right side of the torso and in the back.

The teen then rode a few blocks to 103rd and National streets before calling 911, according to the NYPD. Medics took the victim to the hospital in stable condition…
