PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A West Palm Beach homeowner is replacing a roof he believes could last another five to 10 years after his insurance company told him it was too old.
Now, an insurance expert says homeowners with asphalt shingle roofs could start facing similar scrutiny even earlier — around the 15-year mark.
