AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – A man who evaded Amarillo police twice before his eventual arrest appeared in federal court for sentencing today.
Juan Luis Soto-Morales pleaded guilty to possessing firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime as part of a plea bargain that saw three other serious offenses dismissed.
