Meta is attempting to unload another major piece of its Bellevue office footprint, putting more than 212,000 square feet in the Spring District up for sublease after never finishing or occupying the building.
CBRE is marketing the nine-story Block 13 building at 1325 123rd Ave. NE, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal. Meta committed to the property in October 2021 with a 15-year pre-lease and options that could have extended its occupancy another 17 years.
