SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon is entering the legal battle over whether voters will get to decide term limits for the County Executive and Comptroller.
New court documents filed Tuesday show McMahon has retained attorney Robert Julian, who is expected to file a separate action on McMahon’s behalf.
Julian is expected to appear in court Wednesday as a judge hears arguments in a case brought by Democratic Onondaga County Board of Elections Commissioner Dustin Czarny against Republican Commissioner Kevin Ryan.
