Mother Nature took Maryland for a brief spin.
A waterspout that formed over the Patapsco River came ashore and turned into an EF-0 tornado at the Port of Baltimore at approximately 4:39 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 10, before cutting a two-mile path into Dundalk, according to a National Weather Service damage survey released on Wednesday.
