CONWAY S.C. (WPDE) — Coastal Carolina University’s campus is filling up this week as thousands of students move into on-campus housing in Conway.
The first wave of move-in started this morning, with a team of volunteers known as the Chanti-crew helping students carry items up to their dorm rooms. Many of the students moving in are first- and second-year students, preparing to settle in ahead of the start of classes.
Noah Stasa, a Coastal Carolina freshman, said he is looking forward to starting his first year on campus. “I’m excited. It’s been good so far. There’s a lot of people hoping out. It is my first year. I’m just excited to meet my roommates, meet a lot of new people. I think it’s going to be a good time,” Stasa said…
