New First Federal Plaza owners discuss development plans

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – An iconic downtown Rochester property is about to experience a transformation. The First Federal Plaza was recently acquired by Excelsior Communities for nearly $3 million.

“Ultimately, what we’re looking to do is really bring that building back. We think it’s an iconic building and a staple. There hasn’t been much investment on the west side of the river,” said Ami Notis, vice president of the property management firm.
