MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, Ark. – Arkansas State Police say use-of-force policies are being reviewed after dashcam video was released that showed a trooper punching an 18-year-old woman during a traffic stop.
Meanwhile, the woman who was pulled over filed a civil rights lawsuit and retained attorney Ben Crump, who is calling on state police to open a use-of-force investigation and release its findings to the public along with the officer’s prior use-of-force reports.
