TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa police arrested a 33-year-old man accused of raping, kidnapping and attacking a woman inside her apartment near 51st Street and Darlington Avenue.
Tulsa police said officers responded just after 9:30 p.m. Aug. 8 to the Brighton Park apartment complex after receiving a report of a woman screaming for help.
Officers said they could hear screaming from inside the apartment when they arrived. After announcing their presence and hearing more screams, officers kicked in the door…
