(KRON) — A 27-year-old man was arrested in connection with an alleged domestic violence kidnapping and attack on the morning of Aug. 7, according to the East Palo Alto Police Department.
The suspect, identified by police as Ricardo Herrera Castillo, was taken into custody without incident Tuesday night and booked into the San Mateo County Jail on several charges, including kidnapping, domestic violence, false imprisonment, terrorist threats and stalking.
“The victim in this case is safe and recovering,” East Palo Alto police said in a news release.
