Wilmington, NC (WWAY) — Wawa will open its second New Hanover County location Thursday as the convenience store chain continues its expansion in North Carolina.
The new store, located at 2402 S. 17th St. in Wilmington, will open at 8 a.m. Thursday. It follows the opening of Wawa’s first Wilmington location on Carolina Beach Road in May.
As part of Thursday’s grand opening, the first 250 customers will be eligible to receive free T-shirts while supplies lasts. The company is also offering free hot coffee through Aug. 16…
