TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Neighbors on Langdon Street off Western Avenue claim an abandoned building is a safety hazard for the dozens of children living on the block.
Anthony Stahl, a father of two young children, lives next door. He said the property has been vacant for years, attracting trash and trespassers.
