A 14-year-old was found with a loaded handgun while police performed a foot patrol in Edgemoor, Delaware, officials say.
According to New Castle County Police, officers were assigned to conduct foot patrols in the area of Rysing Drive in Edgemoor Gardens, Delaware, on Aug. 11.
