LOVELAND — New data from Loveland-based multiple-listing service Information and Real Estate Services LLC shows a mixed bag for July single-family home sales throughout the Boulder Valley and Northern Colorado.
In Boulder, the July median price was $1.5 million. That’s the first time since February that the figure crossed the $1.5 million mark, but last month’s median was actually down 10.4% from July 2025. There were 54 sales in Boulder last month on 165 active listings, 17.9% fewer listings than July 2025.
The Estes Park median sales price was flat year over year in July at $725,000 — the second-lowest figure in 2026 thus far. There were 25 sales on 204 active listings, 7.7% fewer listings than July 2025…
