AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Residents and Augusta officials gathered at the Warren Road Community Center to discuss planned improvements to Skinner Mill Road, a corridor connecting Washington Road to Walton Way Extension.
The project carries a $22 million budget and could add sidewalks, street lights, turn lanes and designated school bus stops to the road. The meeting allowed the public to learn how that funding will be spent.
