Durham police are investigating a homicide after a shooting in east Durham Friday morning left a woman dead and a man seriously injured.
Officers responded around 12:38 a.m. Thursday to a report of a gunshot wound in the 900 block of E. Main Street. When they arrived, police found a man and a woman suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both victims were taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police said the woman later died from her injuries. The man’s condition has not been released…
