(KRON) — A former Latitude High School student in Oakland is accused of making a threatening video directed at a school official and potentially LHS students, prosecutors said.
The former student, 18-year-old Mercury Hayes, was arrested Wednesday and is currently behind bars, Santa Rita Jail inmate records show. Alameda County prosecutors charged him with a felony.
