{KXLG, Watertown, SD} A 23-year-old Watertown man accused of preying on young boys is now facing federal charges, marking the third legal case filed against him. Alex Kowalski appeared in federal court on Thursday afternoon in Sioux Falls.
According to federal court documents, Kowalski is charged with three counts of transporting a minor for sexual activity.
Kowalski was initially arrested in April after a young boy reported that Kowalski pinned him down in a bedroom, resulting in charges that included sexual exploitation of a minor. By May, a second victim came forward stating Kowalski had been assaulting him for over a year.
