J’s Steaks & Subs has returned to the Lehigh Valley with the soft opening of its new food truck.
The food truck on Friday announced in a post on social media its limited-run soft launch menu at the Weyerbacher Brewing Co. taproom at 905 Line St. in Easton – “come be among the first to try it before our official grand opening!”
