MANASSAS, Va. (7News) — Prosecutors have dropped charges against a Manassas woman accused of fatally shooting her husband in 2024 after a newly examined five-hour audio recording revealed evidence that could support a claim of lawful self-defense, according to the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney.
The Commonwealth moved Friday to enter a nolle prosequi in the case against Latoya Crabbe, effectively ending the prosecution for now.
