COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A 28-year-old man was arraigned Friday on a felonious assault charge after police say he fired a gun at a Kroger employee during an argument inside the store in Whitehall.
The shots were fired Thursday night around 5:45 at the Kroger on E. Broad Street.
An officer met with Kroger loss prevention, who provided video footage. The officer reported seeing a man later identified as Dayrius Palmore, get into an altercation with a Kroger staff member, pull a gun from his waistband and fire at the same employee…
