A Pennsylvania Lottery retailer in Erie County has sold a winning $3 million $3,000,000 Golden Ticket Scratch-Off, creating the area’s newest multimillionaire.
The winning ticket was sold at Country Fair, 76 N. Main Street in Union City. For selling the top-prize-winning ticket, the retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus from the Pennsylvania Lottery.
