WASHINGTON BORO, Pa. (WHTM) — The Raven Ridge Wildlife Center just announced that a baby Red-Tailed Hawk who had broken both of its wings is now soaring through the sky.
According to a Facebook post by the Raven Ridge Wildlife Center, over the spring and summer months, unusual storms in their area included flooding, high winds, hail and reports of tornadoes.
