EUGENE, Ore. — A wrong-way driver was cited for DUII and reckless driving early Friday morning, the Eugene Police Department said.
Around 1:30 a.m. August 14, Eugene police responded to a call about a driver going the wrong way down East 13th Avenue. The caller said the driver had hit multiple traffic cones that separated the bicycle lane and East 13th, before stopping at Ferry Street.
