Final master plan for 329-home development in Silver Springs Shores heading to county commissioners

The final master plan for a new, 329-home subdivision in Silver Springs Shores will be presented to Marion County commissioners next week, just under seven months after the board approved the rezoning of the site to clear the way for development.

The plan will be presented to the Marion County Board of County Commissioners during its regular meeting on Tuesday, August 18.

Submitted by Tillman & Associates Engineering on behalf of property owner Midway 65 LLC, the application seeks final plan approval for the Fawn Lakes Planned Unit Development (PUD), also known as Fawn Lake Estates.
