OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – Florida Highway Patrol troopers arrested two men accused of street racing in Marion County and causing a deadly wreck.
Friday morning, Cesar Ramon Estrada Garcia, 28, of Marion County, voluntarily surrendered to authorities on charges stemming from a deadly street-racing crash on Aug. 8.
