SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Aside from one or two heavy rogue downpours in the area Friday, most of central New York experienced some gorgeous weather.
At the same time a bowing line of severe thunderstorms with damaging gusts up to 60 mph dropped north to south across northern New York and the Tug Hill region.
