Syracuse, N.Y. — Home sale prices in towns across Onondaga County have been rising steadily in 2026 and in multiple towns are up by tens of thousands of dollars.
The biggest increases have come in Marcellus, Pompey, Skaneateles and Van Buren. The average home sale price in all four of those towns is up more than $50,000 when compared with this time last year.
The biggest increase came in Skaneateles, where the average price for a home is now more than $1.16 million. That’s up more than $106,000, or about 10%, from a year ago at this time…
