HARVEY, Ill. — Authorities in south suburban Harvey are investigating after a man was found bound and gagged following a robbery in Chicago.
According to Harvey police, the investigation began after a victim was found bound and gagged on the porch of a home in the 15500 block of Loomis Avenue in Harvey on Friday.
